From the 1st of June 2010 prices to call 118 188 Directory Enquiry number will be changing.

3rd Party

All 3rd party numbers (e.g 118 188 and 118 500) will be charged at £1.70 per minute with a 1 minute minimum call charge - this has now replaced the fixed connection fee.

Vodafone Services

The Vodafone 118888 and 118848 services will be changes at £0.80 per minute with a one minute minimum call charge - this has now replaced the fixed connection fee.

Why are we making these changes?

This change has occurred due to the significant rise to our interconnect costs and unfortunately we have needed to take the decision to increase our cost to the customer.
